In case you haven't heard, researchers in the U.K. found that chocolate may be a natural cough suppressant. Three hundred people took part in a clinical trial, in which 60 percent of them stopped hacking when they were given theobromine, a substance that's found in cocoa. Researchers suggest that taking a daily bar of dark chocolate will help knock out that cough.  So not only would send a gift of chocolate to someone special this holiday season cheer them up, it will help kick that winter cold.  They'll thank you for it.
