Chrysler is warning owners of one of its cars not to drive them due to a fire risk.

Approximately 4,500 2013 Dodge Challenger coupes equipped with a 3.6-liter V6 engine have a faulty part that could lead to the engine's wire harness overheating and causing a fire.

Seven incidents have been reported to date, none causing injury.

The problem was traced to a bad batch of components that were installed during an eight week period ending January 24th. Only vehicles built during this period are affected. Chrysler has not identified the specific part that is behind the issue, according to The Detroit Free Press.

About 2,500 of the vehicles have been sold, while the rest are currently on dealer lots. All will be repaired under recall and loaner cars will be provided.

Chrysler is in the process of reaching out to owners, and is also advising them not to park their cars in or near any structures due to the fire hazard.
